What are hosting credits, and how do they work?

1 (DIY channel) response = 1 (hosting) credit.

Each DIY survey response on Glow uses 1 hosting credit. We won’t begin collecting responses until you have enough credits to cover your desired number of survey respondents.

You pay as you go by topping up credits as needed. To get started, you'll need to add a credit card to your Glow account to purchase credits.

How much do hosting credits cost

The price of a hosting credit varies depending on the quantity you purchase, starting at $1 AUD per credit. You can purchase credits as you need them or in bulk upfront to unlock better value.

Do hosting credits expire?

No, hosting credits never expire! You can purchase credits in bulk with confidence, knowing that you have unlimited time to use them for any future projects.

Can I switch between DIY and Managed Projects?

Yes, you have full flexibility when it comes to support on Glow. You can choose between DIY and Managed Projects on a project-by-project basis. Note that DIY projects require payment via credit card, while Managed Projects will be invoiced separately.

Do managed projects use hosting credits?

Managed projects do not require hosting credits on your account. The price for a managed project is determined by our research experts based on the scope of work. Managed projects are invoiced directly to you, rather than being paid through a credit card.

Where can I purchase credits?
To purchase hosting credits when logged in to the Glow platform, head to your account billing.
What happens if I run out of credits mid project?

If you run out of hosting credits your account will freeze and your surveys will stop collecting responses until you top up your hosting credits. 


However, you can enable auto-recharge in your account billing to ensure uninterrupted service and avoid project delays. 

What support do you offer for DIY projects?

No, Glow is free to use for all team members! 

You can invite an unlimited number of users to your account through your account settings at no additional cost.
