Each survey response on Glow uses 1 hosting credit. We won’t begin collecting responses until you have enough credits to cover your desired number of survey respondents.

You pay as you go by topping up credits as needed. Or buy in bulk upfront to save.

For a DIY Project, to get started you'll need to add a credit card to your Glow account to purchase credits.

For a Managed Projects hosting credits can be included as part of the quote.  

The price of a hosting credit varies depending on the quantity you purchase, from as low as $0.15 AUD per credit. You can purchase credits as you need them or in bulk upfront to unlock better value.

No, hosting credits purchased by a user won't expire for active accounts.* You can purchase credits in bulk with confidence you can use them for future projects.

* We may, without refund or reimbursement, cancel some or all of the Hosting Credit Balance on your account immediately if you are in breach of our Terms of Use.

Yes, you have full flexibility when it comes to support on Glow. You can choose between DIY and Managed Projects on a project-by-project basis. Note that DIY projects require payment via credit card, while Managed Projects will be invoiced separately.

If you run out of hosting credits your account will freeze and your surveys will stop collecting responses until you top up your hosting credits. 

However, you can enable auto-recharge in your account billing to ensure uninterrupted service and avoid project delays.
